How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your selected books to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and payment information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us immediately at info@assuffahbooks.com to request a change or cancellation.

Do you allow exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship worldwide via the shipping method you choose during checkout. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any shipping damages  or losses

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on customs and local carriers.

How can I track/view my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey. You can also find in your customer account the associated tracking number for your order.

How is shipping calculated?

Our shipping charges are based on the delivery method, size, weight, as well as the delivery destination. We have a shipping rates calculator that's available when you add items to your cart, so you can estimate the cost before the checkout process!

When will my order be shipped?

Once we receive your payment, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 days. We use reliable shipping services like USPS, FedEx, or DHL, and provide tracking for all shipments. Please note that the choice of shipping service may vary, but rest assured, we'll keep you updated with a link to track your package online.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days after delivery has been received. Please see our Refund and Return Policy for full details.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds issued after inspection and approval. Timeline depends on the bank/credit card, but typically a few business days.
